Neighborhood Code Compliance's Clean City program is designed to help neighborhoods improve property values by working to keep residential areas healthy and safe. In particular, the program addresses concerns like trash and debris, abandoned vehicles and weeds or grass taller than nine inches.
The Clean City effort is a voluntary program initiated by neighborhood leadership. Working with neighborhood leaders, Neighborhood Code officials walk an area and remind property owners about the need to keep their residences clean and tidy. A dumpster is then delivered on a Saturday for use by all the area residents.
