Perhaps the best way to get quick and accurate information about City government is to dial 3-1-1 and speak with one of the City's trained citizen services representatives. They can answer all your questions about City services and connect you with the correct department. 3-1-1 also has a website where you can submit requests for service. The address is: http://www.cityoffortwayne.org/citizen-services.html. If you are calling from outside the area, you may call 260-427-8311.
