Valid Proposals should meet the following minimum requirements for considerdation:

• Creative proposals expected
• Organization formed – provide Form 990 for previous two years
• 25% cash raised – No in-kind contributions will be considered as funding raised
• Sustainable business model
• Experience with similar sized projects
• Site control (where applicable)
• Minimum 3 – 1 Match for funding proposed. Reimbursable funding only
• Minimum 20 year commitment
